1. Roachy'yi aç ve sol üstteki menüye (☰) dokun.
2. Hesap Bilgileri altındaki Hesabı Sil'e dokun ve onayla.

Hesabın ve verilerin hemen silinir.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

disciplifydeveloper@gmail.com adresine, hesabında kullandığın e-posta adresinden "Roachy hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Misafir olarak (e-postasız) giriş yaptıysan, abonelik makbuzundaki sipariş numarasını yaz (App Store'da "Order ID", Google Play'de "GPA." ile başlayan numara); hesabını bununla buluruz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlarız.

Neler silinir

• Ürettiğin tüm videolar (Keşfet'teki kopyaları dahil) ve yazdığın metinler,
• Uygulamadaki kullanım kayıtların,
• Profil bilgilerin (e-posta, ad, profil fotoğrafı),
• Şikayet kayıtların, bildirim anahtarın ve ülke/dil bilgin.

Neler saklanır

Mağazadaki aboneliğini yeni bir hesaba geri yükleyebilmen ve yasal yükümlülükler için yalnızca abonelik durumu ve kullanım sayaçları saklanır; bu kayıt içerik, metin ya da iletişim bilgisi içermez. Google Firebase'in topladığı kullanım istatistikleri Google'ın saklama süresine tabidir. Keşfet'teki videonu başka kullanıcılar daha önce kendi cihazlarına kaydettiyse, o kopyalar bizim elimizde değildir.

Aboneliğin

Hesabı silmek aboneliğini iptal etmez. Ücretlendirilmeye devam etmemek için aboneliğini App Store ya da Google Play hesap ayarlarından iptal et.

Delete your Roachy account

In the app

1. Open Roachy and tap the menu (☰) at the top left.
2. Under Account Information, tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately.

If you can't access the app

Email disciplifydeveloper@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Roachy account deletion". If you signed in as a guest (no email), include the order number from your subscription receipt (the "Order ID" on the App Store, or the number starting with "GPA." on Google Play); we use it to find your account. We complete requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

All your videos (including their Discover copies) and text, your usage records in the app, your profile data (email, name, profile photo), your reports, notification token and country/language data.

What is kept

Only your subscription status and usage counters, so you can restore your store subscription to a new account and for legal obligations. This record contains no content, text or contact details. Usage statistics collected by Google Firebase follow Google's retention period. If other users saved your Discover video to their own devices before, those copies are outside our control.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings to stop being charged.
